
The word Namaste mean "I Bow To You". It can be done by placing the hands together and in front of your third eye (heart). Doing this is a deep form of respect in India. One can do Namaste to oneself as a meditation technique to go deeper inside the heart chakra; when done with someone else, it is also a beautiful, quick, meditation. So to realieve stress or just to get your mind off of something try to do Namaste yoga. It realxes your inner and outter self and allows you to be in tune with your spiritual side.
